We are a specialist training and consultancy provider committed to supporting individuals, professionals, and organisations to better understand and respond to safeguarding challenges, including radicalisation, extremism, and emerging risks. Our founders bring extensive frontline experience across community, custodial, and professional settings. With backgrounds in therapy, coaching, and behavioural change, they have supported both young people and adults facing complex challenges, including trauma, violence, and ideological influence. Their work focuses on building resilience, encouraging critical thinking, and enabling long-term positive change.

Collectively, our team has significant experience delivering safeguarding and counter-extremism related work, including mentoring individuals at risk of radicalisation and contributing to multi-agency safeguarding approaches. This includes direct work within prisons, probation services, schools, and community organisations, supporting individuals involved in high-risk and complex cases. Our approach combines psychological insight, theological understanding, and practical intervention strategies.

In addition to our core team, we work with a network of highly experienced consultants who are active within the extremism and safeguarding space. Our consultants are delivering work across government institutions, local communities, and custodial settings, and are recognised for their expertise in working with high risk individuals.
