Counter-extremism training

Prevent Awareness Training

Our Prevent Awareness training provides a comprehensive introduction to safeguarding against radicalisation. It is suitable for schools, colleges, community organisations, local authorities, and frontline professionals.

Sessions are tailored to your audience, whether that be students, teachers, senior leadership teams, parents, or community groups. We cover key responsibilities, recognising vulnerability, and how to respond appropriately to concerns.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the Prevent duty, practical indicators of risk, and how to confidently apply safeguarding procedures within their setting.

This training can be delivered as whole-organisation sessions, targeted workshops, or community-based engagement programmes.

Channel Process Training

This session focuses specifically on the Channel programme, providing a clear understanding of its purpose and how it supports individuals vulnerable to radicalisation.

Participants will learn what happens at each stage of the Channel process, what is expected of professionals, and how multi-agency panels operate.

The training builds confidence in making referrals, understanding thresholds, and engaging effectively with safeguarding partners.

It is particularly useful for professionals working in education, social care, healthcare, and community safety roles.

Ideology Awareness Training

Our Ideology Awareness training explores a wide range of extremist belief systems, including emerging, mixed, and unclear ideologies often seen in referrals.

We work with specialist consultants to provide up to date insights into narratives, symbols, and online influences that may impact individuals.

Participants will develop the ability to recognise ideological risk factors and better understand the motivations behind different forms of extremism.

Sessions can be tailored to your organisation, with access to a broader catalogue of ideology-specific training on request.

Community Engagement and Counter-extremism

This training supports organisations and community leaders to build effective and sustainable Prevent engagement strategies.

We cover how to set up community engagement initiatives, develop trust, and create meaningful dialogue within diverse communities.

Participants will learn practical approaches to planning, delivering, and evaluating engagement activities, alongside understanding key aims and outcomes.

This is ideal for organisations looking to strengthen relationships and improve their local safeguarding response.

Online Safety & Radicalisation Awareness

Our online safety sessions are designed for both parents and young people, focusing on the risks associated with online spaces and radicalisation.

We provide practical guidance on recognising harmful content, understanding online grooming tactics, and how extremist narratives are shared digitally.

Participants will learn how to block, report, and respond to concerns, alongside gaining tools to support safe and positive online behaviour.

These sessions are interactive, accessible, and tailored to different age groups and levels of understanding.

Youth Worker Training & Resources

This train the trainer programme equips youth workers with the tools and confidence to support young people at risk of radicalisation.

The training includes practical resources, case studies, and frameworks such as identity mapping, community influence, and behavioural cycles.

We also introduce concepts such as theory of change, helping practitioners understand how interventions can create meaningful impact.

This programme is particularly valuable for those working in community settings, youth services, and rehabilitation environments.

Student Mentoring (Radicalisation Support)

We offer targeted mentoring support for students who may be vulnerable to radicalisation or extremist influences.

Our approach is tailored, supportive, and focused on building resilience, critical thinking, and positive identity.

Mentoring sessions provide a safe space for discussion, helping individuals explore concerns and develop healthier perspectives.

This service can be delivered in partnership with schools, colleges, and alternative provision settings.
